
Young Markets was created and is managed by Graham Young. I started my career as a computer programmer, advanced through systems analysis and project management, working for EMI, Tymshare and McDonnell Douglas. I then introduced the CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tool ProKit*Workbench to the UK, from McDonnell Douglas in the US. That is when I gained a taste for marketing. Joining Oracle as CASE Marketing Manager, I doubled the revenue every year and took over responsibility for marketing all of Oracle's development tools.
Leaving Oracle, I joined USoft a division of Unisys as Marketing Director and then moved to a similar position for Magic Software Enterprises. While at Magic, turnover was grown by 80% per annum and the UK went from one of the smallest division to the most successful.
I left to form Young Markets in 1999 and have helped a wide variety of organisations in achieving their vision of the future.
